With headquarters in Findlay, Ohio, Cooper Tire has 60 manufacturing, sales, distribution, technical, and design facilities within its worldwide family of subsidiary companies, including the UK-based Avon Tyres brand, which produces tires for motorcycles, road cars, and race cars.
These tyres are now being built in an EU factory. Avon bike tyres are being retained by Goodyear (who bought Cooper-Avon back in 2021) and are already being made in a factory in the EU.
The Avon motorsport range (including the CR6 ZZ) has been bought by Nova Motorsport and will be built in a new production facility.
